Hold False Accusers Accountable
Stop letting false accusers walk away & pay no consequences for their false accusations of domestic violence!
It's time the laws are revisited for Order of Protections. They are being used by false accusers for cunning reasons. They were meant to help TRUE victims of domestic violence not to help a vindictive person gain the upper hand. I understand that the reason might not be clear at first and the order of protection granted. But when it is found to be based on lies and used in a vindictive matter the false accuser needs to be held accountable for their crime. It's not fair that they are allowed to walk away and pay absolutely no consequences for their actions against an innocent person. If perjury is a crime then why isn't it treated as such. Please change the law and don't let this keep continuing.
