Hold CPS/DCSF Accountable In Tennessee
Congress please support the position & please make positive legal changes to the unlawful actions of CPS/DCSF Thank you very for your time.
The issue is, that for years now in Camden & Murfreesbouo, Tennessee CPS/DCSF has been removing children from good parents unjustly & illegally. While ignoring the children who so desperately need help. CPS/DCSF adopt children out without ever giving due process to the parent, without giving the 90 day home trial to the parent, even after promised by CPS/DCSF Workers & parent has done all CPS/DCSF has asked of parent. Many workers automatically will write neglect on paperwork to courts, when in fact, in truth & actual fact should be put "unruly child". TN charges way over the legal amount in child support payments & even after parents complete all requirements are told at last minute "Its doesn't matter, do this one other thing" This is unethical, misleading & manipulating to the OATH they take & care nothing about.
These workers who do these things need to be accountable legally. This is child abuse, and parental violations on parental rights. what we have is a deliberately (destroyed by many workers) a broken system that has no plans to change anytime soon. Just excuses & lies. No transparency. Clearly heavy Sanctions should be made against CPS/DCSF so as to STOP fraud & malicious behavior by CPS/DCSF
