Help stop CPS in Randolph County
My daughter made a bad decision in October 2018, that resulted in her babies being took, the CPS worker never put the kids in the system til January 2019, when I started asking questions as to why noone had contacted me or even came by to check on my grandchildren,it's been 9 months the 1 st 6 months She did good did everything said etc, in July she failed 1 drug test and in August She had a beer for her birthday witch showed up on the test. The guardian ad lietem has been a bitch toward her threw everything and so hasn't her lawyer, at the MDT meeting today she was told to sign papers for legal guardianship to be handed over to us, the judge last month told her he gave her 3 months to prove to him,she can do it and so far everything has been good no bad reports exc... The kids guardian ad lietem hasn't even met them so how can she say what's best for them, Melissa Roman and Heather Weese should be looked into for their parts in cps cases, I believe the CPS and lawyers here in Elkins needs to be investigated. So many kids have been took and given away some does need it and some don't, please we need some help here!
