Help long term inmates become settled back into the world
Giving prisons early release after going in on 50 percent, years later change it to 85 percent. Not fair all all the its been 17 years and he deserves a chance at life and so does other inmates. It will save tax payers lots of money, allow them to get out and learn the way of the world, and get jobs and give back to the community and build relationships with their children.
