This is horrible. The innocent animals in "shelters" suffer enough and are killed so often, and so soon after entering these places, that to think someone could be so totally heartless to steal the money meant to make it easier for them is despicable. Hope someone is doing something in regard to this shelter -it is a shame that so many adoptable dogs are killed because they have respiratory infections-this is the only and saying only shelter in this nation -that treat the dogs that bad -plus they dump the dead bodies in land fields-I don't find it hygienical--plus they collect money also from Petsmart charities--which I do donate it - no more from me the major of that city needs to go to ride her bike and let someone that care for the city and their shelter dog to take her place.
