Stop discrimination on green card application based on nation of origin

Not accepting green card application based on nation of origin falls under "National Origin Discrimination: according to following definition:

"National origin discrimination involves treating people (applicants or employees) unfavorably because they are from a particular country or part of the world, because of ethnicity or accent, or because they appear to be of a certain ethnic background (even if they are not)."

A legal resident working on valid work visa, paying all taxes, contributing to the society with approved I-140 has to wait more than 10 years if he or she was born in India. However, persons born in most other countries can apply immediately. This is a clear discrimination based on nation of origin and should be corrected
