Gold beach Or CPS stealing our children by blackmail, coersion and threats
Just a little back story. My son is 14 and he has PDD, ADHD, and mild Autism and he has some behavior issues.
Back in September my 8 year old daughter had said that my son had did something to her and being a mom I freaked out and called the cops and as I was waitting to hear back from them I took her to the er to get checked out. It turns out that he pushed her and that was it.
The Gold beach CPS got involved and did their thing at the Willy house in Gold Beach. The worker at the time had put things in my daughters head and confussed her and said she said things that shes saying she never did. The worker told me within five mins of meeting me that I was going to lose all my children and he was going to do everything in his power to hit us up for child abuse. 2 days later 6 cops were arresting my son which to remind you has autism and he sat in the Roseburg juvy for a little over 30days. He then was put into a DD service group home in La Grande Or. In the mean time CPS is telling us that the only reason we want our son is for the money and we dont care about any of our kids and its just all about the money and that we changed our story. And so we are lieing. They told us if we didnt sign over our rights we would end up in jail and lose all our children so used blackmail, coersion and threats. So CPS now has custody and wants us to do all these classes and what not. And they are trying to all our rights taken from us.We are now fighting to keep custody of our son. CPS is trying to make it very hard for us to even talk to him and trying to say he cant talk to his sisters and like his grandparents would have to be on their approved list of people for him to talk to and what not. Saying I can only call him 2 times a day.
The other thing is we know of a girl that has gone to school with black eyes and what not and has said that her parents beat on her and she is always talking about how they let her smoke pot. The same CPS office has been to their has but yet never took any of those kids. How is that?
