Giving legal adults under the age of 21 the full rights and abilities that accompany adulthood is the most logical law to pass in order to combat law ignorance

18-year olds are not given the same amount of rights as a 21-year old, and for what reason? As legal adults, we should be allowed to make our own decisions.

I am an independent 18-year old adult. I make an annual salary, pay my dues, and pay my taxes. I can't afford car insurance and it is incredibly difficult for me to get a car because I am 21. I can be drafted overseas, consent to sexual interactions, rent an apartment, pay child support, vote, and work a full time job but I can't, for example, rent a car or buy a handgun? We are legally considered adults at the age of 18, and yet we do not have full rights.
