Give the parents the proper due process guaranteed under the constitution
Dcf needs to be held accountable when they lie. It has been determined that they "Do not have a Right to Lie", but yet, and still they LIE to get into your life by poor investigating, they lie in court to maintain custody over children that have loving families, they LIE to keep them. The constitution says, that you or we the people have the right to face our accusers, but how is that, if people who hold grudges of jealousy, to be allowed to be "Annonymous", that is unconstitutional, because parents are being deprived of the right to parent and keep their children, when dcf workers who either have no children, or fresh out of college, remove children based on hearsay. The standards of process and policies needs to be revamped. The agencies tactics are unconstitutional, they are not police, they LIE, and commit perjury like its part of their job description. We the people are tired of our children being used to feed the families of the social workers, directors and commissioners. This is a BROKEN system. Give Us Or Children and Leave Our Children Home. These social workets need to be thoroughly looked at, just like the police candidates. These workers may have mental health issues as well, so how can they dictate or regulate families who need minimal assistance. The purpose is to keep family united, but they are taking kids because they need to meet a quota 200k for non-disabled, and 250k for children with disabilities. They commit insurance fraud, and they have these doctors who go along with them because they get their cut of the budget. smh
