From Aug 2014 till current the children of case 34329 in St Clair county Alabama have been made to search thru back page .com of the mothers advertisement there has one appeal and two trials in this case the trial was obstructed with the back page as no mention in the trial and children's and family counselors were never in formed of the internet searches,The backpage exposure was revealed in feb 2014 and the appeal blocked with this information, reunification was blocked from 2010 until current the advertisements presented are fake or fabricated in Alabama parents are convicted when evidence proves their innocence that is ignored and with 41 m grant you hampered the exposure of this FBI and DOJ down have informed and the complaints turned away. Yet the evidence points to the children were illegally remove and the mother innocent the gov state down continues with parental alienation from 201010-13 yea rold children were exposed to porn as described by the DHR staff and fostering parents and during the most recent trial the child complained of back page in the trial record ... the mother a disabled woman who had her rights removed in 2012 and the trial records altered removing the evidence that is proving her innocence yet charged again after the appeal with the same charges and the evidence was not there in either trial
Cases where witnesses are threatened and innet evidence to take the rights of parents should be treated as criminal trials with juries and or video witness stand for children,,,,children should have never been exposed to porn to investigate a parent, these people involved should be punished and prosecuted as thers are GOV agencies are not above the law to torture American citizens and children
