Give lifers conjugal visits back
first time offense
I'm writing because I believe people in jail that's serving life should be able to have conjucal visits. Its not fair for some one who has a first time offense to have such punishment especially when they have family, a wife a significant other and kids. Please help me with this. I'm starting a petition on these actions.
