Gang Stalking/ electronic harassment

Hello. I have been a victim of gang stalking. The electronic harassment is against the law. The spying breaking into any home where my things are stealing my phones, ruining a brand new car the nonstop drones has to stop! Campaign smear in every town that eventually forces me to leave. I am homeless just trying to survive. PLEASE HELP
