Freedom for Pennsylvania Second Degree Offenders

I am asking Congress to revisit the bill for second-degree offenders to be able to have a second chance at life on the streets.

There are offenders who sit on death row in the state of Pennsylvania because of being railroaded and framed by the system which is corrupt. In the city of Philadelphia PA, there has been continuous corruption occurring from the judges to the district attorneys and police.

There are numerous cases that have been proven where not only police brutality has occurred but also, fabricating statements, threatening witnesses, lying under oath, professional misconduct, and violation of Brady v. Maryland, 373 U.S. 83 (1963).

I have someone close and dear to me who has spent over 26 years on death row. He has been railroaded by the city of Philadelphia police and District Attorney Office, and Judge who resigned. The judge knew his corruption was about to be exposed so he resigned recently.

The detectives were to stand trial in 2023 but now their trial date has been rescheduled for January 08, 2024.

Unfortunately, witnesses in the case have either been threatened, and one recently was found dead on the news after the mysterious so-called accident that took place where J.P. Mascaro's Trash Truck ran over the witness Mr. Frankie Daniels. This took place in the week of my loved one's hearing this past August 2023.

There have been a lot of mysterious deaths and those found innocent have returned to prison. While this took place, the detective's trial date continued to get pushed further out from two dates scheduled and moved from 2023 to 2024.

The attorneys McMonagle Perri Et Al that are representing police officers, Martin Devlin, Manuel Santiago, and Frank Jastrzembski and are going to trial on 01/08/2024.

These are the same attorneys who are representing Officer Mark Dial in the shooting of Eddie Irizarry which the entire witness the deception in the case where Judge Wendy Pew returned the favor for Attorney Walter J. McHugh who is an attorney in the firm. This should never even have taken place.

We are requesting our leaders to be the leaders we the people need to make sure justice is served regardless of what title people hold. These are men and woman who took an oath and sworn to serve this country but instead many are in it for the wrong reasons and millions of American offenders have been wrongfully labeled as second-degree offender when they did not commit the crime nor was present at the scene such as my loved one.

We need the bill passed for second-degree offenders to have a chance at life from behind bars. Pennsylvania can no longer be a state that hides behind this law and hurts innocent families.
