Free \"The 12th Man\"
Help free the Trade Mark "The 12th Man" from Texas A & M and give it back to the Fans of all Football Teams!!!!
Texas A&M back in the 1990's decided to trademark the Phrase "the 12th man" without anyone knowing. When it got approved they went on the offensive sueing NFL teams like the Seatle Seahawks, Buffalo Bills and Denver Broncos for using their now trademark "the 12th Man". Congress should declare it a generic phrase and remove TEXAS A&M's trademark and give it back to the FANs of all football teams.
