Former Spouse Protection Act is Illegal
It has ruined my life. I may have to end my life so I am not being punished any longer for this total disgrace to my Combat Service. My Ex-Spose makes over $100,000 a year and I receive less than $20,000. She remarried days after divorcing me. She took my children which I cannot see. Something is seriously wrong with saying thanks for your combat service and then being punished by this FSPA. I am a Florida resident but the state of California punished me just because I was stationed in California, and that is illegal too.
