FLORIDA PRISONS
My name is Dawn Darling---I am a full time Florida resident, a home owner, taxpayer, and a registered voter. I am also a grandmother and a mother of a son incarcerated in Florida. I am absolutely appalled with our Florida prison system. Gov Desantis and Mark Inche is listed as governor and secretary respectfully on all prison sites. Do you think that they realize the problems that exist daily?? ...one big question!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!---DOES OUR GOVERNOR OR MR MARK INCHE OR DOC GIVE THE PRISONS PERMISSION OR ALLOW BACK ROOMS WITHOUT CAMERAS WHERE INMATES --TAKEN BY COS--are usually handcuffed to threaten --beat or even kill inmates????????????????? People this must be rectified and stopped IMMEDITELY!!!!!!!!!!!! Our governor must ban this immediately!!!!!! I live on the Suncoast--DOC has housed my son at Santa Rosa----this is a ten hour and overnight trip for me to visit my son and this poses an extreme hardship for a 77 yr old--let alone a financial burden. INVESTIGATION AT SANTA ROSA FACILITY..I. JOHN IS AN ADDICT--RECOGNIZED AS A CHRONIC DISEASE--WHY IS HE NOT GETTING TREATMENT?? THE ANSWER IS none is available for him or any other addict housed there.
