First time violent offenders
Please consider lowering percentage of time to be served for first time violent offenders. After years of being imprisoned for the first time in their life, I believe they have learned their lesson. And deserve a second chance to prove they can do what's right. my daughter in now for over 10 years, for murder. Which her husband commited. Has since lost her youngest son from being hit by a car while walking along the roadside. Please do what's right and get these people home.
