Felonize Killing Endangered Species
These animal deaths deserve more than misdemeanor charges.
To increase the penalties of violating the Endangered Species act to be a felony punishable by 3 years in prison with a $250,000 fine. The violators deserve more than a misdemeanor charge and a misdemeanor conviction. They deserve a felony charge and conviction. So Congress, Mr.Obama, and fellow citizens please consider increasing the penalties for killing and harming an endangered species.
