It was brought to the attention of pro-se litigant and disabled Post-Era Vietnam Veteran Calvin Ray Cobbs, Sr. that it has long been recognized that a state cannot create a transitory cause of action, and at the same time destroy the fight to sue on that transitory cause of action in any court having jurisdiction.
8. State of Cook County, IL Circuit Court Judges acted intentionally and knowingly to deprive disabled Post-Era Vietnam Veteran Calvin Ray Cobbs Sr., listed above, of his constitutional rights, and exercised no discretion or individual judgment; they acted not as judges, but as “ministers” of their own prejudices. [386 U.S. 547, 568].

I, Post-Era Vietnam Veteran Calvin Ray Cobbs, Sr., respectfully pray that State of Cook County, IL State Circuit Court judges are liable for injury caused by a ministerial act; and no immunity for said judges because they did not serve a judicial function, instead each judge violated their oath and committed treason against the United States of America, WE THE PEOPLE.
