Federal Retirement Fairness Act. I have been a full time U.S.P.S. letter carrier since 7/23/94. I did two 89 day tours and a 3 week Christmas tour as a casual employee.I then worked two -2 year tours as a TE employee which is not considered credible service time.I worked 50 -60 even 70 hour weeks what ever was asked of me.My body is shot due to years of the physical demands of the job.I have put up with years of discrimination due to the U.S.P.S. refusal to accommodate my disability's caused by my employment.I have been called a lazy Greek, a donkey boy and treated like a second class citizen .This is all documented with senator Collins,Cohen ,Mitchell,Snow and Tom Allen.My accommodations I had have been slowly eroded over the last several years which has caused further injury to my feet. I had surgery on 7-9-21 and 12-7-21 on both feet.I have not worked since 7-9-21 and am on the rolls of OWCP DOL.I do not know if I will be able to return to duty for my last years to get my full pension.IT is not right that we do not get credit for this so called part time work.
