A fathers visitation and child support
A father should have equal rights to a child without going to court. If a father has to pay child support then there should be a standard visitation order in place with the child support order. Too many moms are just raking in the child support and not allowing that child to have a father in their life. This is unjust and should be changed. We all need our fathers in our lives. They have rights just like the mothers. It takes two to make a child.
