Fathers losing all of their rights and money to childsupport fraud

Child support is a welfare check for the mothers. I'm on unemployment do to the pandemic now in the arrears over 4,000.00, bring home only 58.00 a week , she gets my stimulus check and gets to claim all the kids! Is that equality?
