false claims/toxic torts
I am asking that you review your api and data sharing rule due to false claims and misrepresentation of facts causing toxic torts and violations of my civil rights, hippa rights, constitutional rights, privacy rights, unlawful tax conversion, trespass on private property's, theft of private personal individual data and pii as well as the rule of law. This is a scandel in which my financial information from government agencies, organizations and entities holding confidential private sensitive confidential information about me have been unlawfully disclosed and stolen through espionage and phone cloning using sim swap out and reverse tunneling. It is highly unethical, immoral and a gross abuse of power. My personal confidential data and financial information is private not public or government properties. my financial information containing a gift tax inheritance was transferred from government agencies, entities and organizations holding confidential private sensitive data in their possession to keep confidential until transferred to me. The government (you) is not complying with the federal laws and regulations. This is why you have all the securities fraud. you made my personal individual devices and storage devices null after transferring my personal individual data and confidential information over to public urls and government agencies, entities organizations without due process of law or equal protection of the law for such an unlawful disclosure and act of your wrongdoings and have made it impossible for me to receive due process of law or equal protection of the law. I am seeking justice and i am sick of being wrongfully targeted because the government feels that they have a right to unlawfully steal my gift tax inheritance that contained an irrevocable beneficiary. This includes all of my earnings and wages as well. There are laws against computer abuse and false claims act. All of you are patting each other on the back for said crimes and pardoning each other like its funny. there is nothing funny about stealing property to defraud a citizen who has done nothing wrong for such a disgusting, immoral display of corruption. while big tech is laughing all the way to the bank im being held liable to pay for a gift tax inheritance i never received due to them embezzling it. My personal confidential data and financial information is in gdpr and is being used in likeness and stolen by everyone using false claims and misrepresentation of facts. im left with legal problems and false charges, child support and more stealing everything from me because of this. its all tied together as one whole scandel. I saw everything they done. including using a blanket case purchase to remove my inheritance from government agencies, organizations and entities holding confidential private sensitive information about me. this is a civil wrong and wilful maliousious harm for unjust enrichment.
