Failure to comply to Oath of Office

Each and every member in Congress are required to uphold the Constitution and their Oath of Office which clearly states the following under title 5 U.S. Code § 3331:

An individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit in the civil service or uniformed services, shall take the following oath:

“I, their Full Name, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

Everyone who has violated/disregarded their Oath of Office shall be removed from Congress and all pay will be stop effected at the time of removal, arrested and tried as Traitors/Terrorist against the we the people and the Nation of the United States of America.

This is the same Oath I took upon entering the Military, and I am still bound by it.
