My son is adopted. He is 2, from the US and biracial. I am signing this petition only because I know that these parents have bonded with their children. However, very few adoptions are easy, even those in the US. However, I would serious suggest to all that are considering adoption overseas to look at the US, there are many babies here that need a home too. In most states, the laws are written to protect both the child, birth parent and adoptive parent.

Let these generous people who are adopting orphans get on with their lives in the US.

With so much wrong in the world today, make something right again by allowing these children and parents a chance to make eachother's lives better. This is an easy one - don't over-complicate it with bureaucracy.
