This is absolutely ridiculous and should not be allowed to happen!!!!Oct 27th, 2010Someone from Leonia, NJ writes:
to the Dept of State...get the siblings out of Russia too!!! There are good people in the USA who want to give great, loving homes to all of these children. Why the issue?? Please do the right thing across the board. Thank you!REPORT COMMENTS

Of the 22 cases reviewed by US Embassy Kathmandu, 20 have been rejected as "NOT approvable' and sent on to India for 'further processing' (read: rejection). It would seem that the 2 recent cases which were green-lighted for visas are nothing more than a political move to hide behind a smoke screen of 'fairness'. All of our cases are very similar. The documents we supply with the I-600 filing have all been generated by Nepal (government or orphanages) along the same lines. If one of our cases is now deemed 'clearly approvable', then virtually all of them should be as well. We are Americans. We are innocent. We are guilty of nothing except the desire to love our LEGALLY ADOPTED children and give them a good home. But we are held hostage here like criminals so the DOS can point to our suffering and blame Nepal for it. No case prior to July,2010 has had this added burden. It is wrong. It needs to be opposed. We wrote Senator Scott Brown and he responded with his concerns about reforming the immigration laws in Arizona. This is highly outrageous! We ask Senator Brown and other senators they act with the integrity they claimed during their campaigns.REPORT COMMENTS

Please don't let these kids linger in an orphanage when loving homes are ready and waiting for them.REPORT COMMENTS

We sent this letter our senator in MA, Scott Brown, and he responded "Thank you for your letter regarding the need for immigration reform. As always, I value the input of my constituents on all issues. As you may know, on April 23, 2010, Governor Jan Brewer signed Arizona?s immigration bill into law, sparking intense outrage by some and support from others....'' Senator Brown did not read at all our plea for the 80 American familes since he respond with his concern about the immigration laws in Arizona. This is intensely outrageous and infuriating! He left a message to encourage us to vote for Charlie Baker on Nov 2, but should any one vote for him!!REPORT COMMENTS
