Expand Youth Rights
Youth in the United States does not have sufficient constitutional rights as adults, and are violently oppressed and discriminated against by laws enacted in Congress that they have no say in.
Dear members of Congress, your young folks are asking for you to expand their constitutional rights. Youth in the United States are among-st the most legally oppressed human group ever to live. They are taxed without any form of Congressional Representation, they have no say in how their education shall go, they can't vote in any federal election, nor state, neither shall they even vote for school board elections.
The problem is that our youth don't have enough say in things that really impact them, such as education, taxes, and laws that are imposed on them without their consent. We ask Congress to not only expand their rights, but to allow us to create a National Youth Legislature, elected by Youth to vote their peers to represent them on both the state and federal level, to impact them, with real power.
The Youth Assembly is the body right now voted in by the youth peers. Them oppression upon youth is boldly a problem, and it shall be stopped. Therefore, We The Youth of United States DEMAND the United States Congress, and the President of the United States to not only expand the rights of the American Youth, but ratify the CRC (Conventions on the Rights of the Child), and allow us youth to possess the "inalienable" rights that we are supposedly "born" with.
