Executive Summary of Bills
Bills are being passed that hard to read from the actual bill - as a citizen, who pays taxes that fund these efforts - I feel an Executive Summary should be provided to a website for citizens to review and provide feedback to their representatives in Congress before it becomes submitted to law.
The Executive summary should include the benefiting parties and the financial impact of each line item. The summary would be updated as the bill progresses to identify who and why the changes were made and would be authored bipartisanly.
