stop the legal kidnapping of children. Courts let my mother so it to me as a girl. Now they are letting my ex do it to my only child. You are destroying children with your inaction. Family courts must so better or be dismantled, . in favor or a better system. Childhood passes so quickly and then its' gone forever. But who gets speedy trials? Accused killers. The prioritizes are all wrong. The system doesn't care about our children. They really do NOT care. PS. My niece Audrey Archer is a victim of this horrible situation. Her father is an abusive, controlling man who beat my sister and wants her back. He uses Audrey as a pawn and was even physically violent with her when she reported to a teacher that he stole a phone from her school. I have pictures to PROVE it! Called CPS, they notified her father that they were coming to talk and it gave him just enough time to terrify her and intimidate her into lying to the caseworker. The casworker did not even go back to follow up. Now my niece must suffer because the system is BROKEN. FIX IT NOW!REPORT COMMENTS

At age 38 and my parents separated when I was 6 months old. I'm still in the middle of this nonsense and feel sorry for any children who have to live with this. It is emotional abuse regardless if the parents are right or wrong, the child shouldn't have to suffer when the parents apparently liked one another enough at the time when they conceived their children! As a parent, grandparent, aunt and friend of children in general, this is absolutely unbelievable that our agencies that are charged with protecting children are, in fact, as guilty of abuse as some of the parents they are investigating!!! Please people take a stand, stop this now! You probably know someone that is going through this situation right now. I do, my son and a dear family friend. Their only fault?
