In Iowa, you do not have to have ANY proven facts to accuse
The other parent in order to gain custody of a child, this
Needs to change. The
Law needs to change to have documented and
Proven actual proof to prevent children being removed
out of loving homes and sent to live in a foster care home.
Families are being torn apart and living in nightmares.
Grandparents need to have rights, there are
NO grandparents laws in Iowa. Grandparents love
Their grandchildren as much as the parents.
DHS needs to work with families, not against.
DHS says they are for reunification of the families, that
Is not the case in Iowa at all. WE need to work and
Move forward to prevent any more damage to our
Children and our families.
Laws in Iowa need to work for the families,
Not DHS. Please, for the safety and sanity of our families
