Reduce Annual Flood Isurance Premiums

RE: Unfair Practices of FEMA Banks, and Insurance Companies
Dear Gentlemen:
1. Mandate FEMA allow homeowners to work with local contractors and city engineers to determine the actual damage a home may incur during a 100-year flood. Use this information to assess the total amount of flood insurance. Benefit: Reduce the annual insurance premium.
2. Mandate Linda Parks approve the South Branch Arroyo Conejo Watershed Project, which would eliminate the need for flood insurance for all of the homeowners in Newbury Park, South Branch Arroyo Conejo Watershed area. Benefit: Eliminate the need for flood insurance.
3. Insure FEMA, banks and insurance companies provide fair and equitable insurance Rates and are accountable to the public when determining flood zones.
