End Government Shutdowns
Government shutdowns hurt American citizens and cause undo stress and anxiety on federal employees, especially ones who are not getting paid. They are a national embarrassment and hinder the ability of government agencies to recruit qualified personnel.
Solution: as with many other first world countries, I urge you to pass legislation, that in the event of a budget impasse, the budget automatically reverts to last years budget.
