End congressional life long pay checks
Congress members are paid for a life time for as little as 2 yrs of service and spending us into debt; this must end..
Congress over the last many years you have done little or nothing to get this country moving. Some members are more worried about making President Obama a "one term president",; than doing their jobs. You have supported going to war with countries that had nothing to do with 9/11 and occupying countries that do not want us there, anything and everything but helping American people.
I and many other Americans breaking our backs working for WAY more hours for ten times less pay than any of you. You want to help pay down the debt? Then start with dropping life time pay to congress, senate and all other government entities that receive life time pay. The only exception should be the President and Vice President who are life long targets. This action alone should put a big chunk of cash toward the bottom line.
The rest of Americans have to save and earn our retirement dollars time for the gov. to do the same. 2 years work should not be eligible life time pay. And we taxpayers are sick and tired of paying you to line your own wallets and leaving us to pay the bill.
Quit robbing us and do your jobs!
