End child support arrears for parents paying consistently
I have paid child support 11 years due to a divorce from my daughters mother due to her unfaithfulness I had 2 jobs and attended school for my ged and she engaged in a relationship while I was working hard for a better future but she was blessed with a very Wealthy family and me the opposite but since she had attorney present and nothing but false allegations with no support I was court ordered to attend classes at 100 a week for 6 months before I could have my daughter attend the sessions which would be additional money I was hit by a car homeless and lost my license due to hardship and not being able to pay my monthly payment but even after paying 90% of the owed money and even years of on time payments I only get 5 bucks towards back owed so automatically I get a 86 dollar increase added to back due payments I believe payments should go towards back owed and if consistently paying I believe our arrears should be taken off for good standing and our missed payments should not have a impact on credit report under missed loan payments making it impossible to get approved for a actual loan, rental or anything that betters our situation changes should be made to help the complete situation not allow the parents to fall in the category as dead beat due to the interest and hardship that us dads who are doing their best get treated unfairly I want nothing more than to get time with my daughter but money shouldn’t be what titles us as good or bad parents parenting is love time affection and doing the best we can but with no attorney or help we are looked down on automatically have don’t get equal opportunity no family court attorney should be allowed only the true statements and arguments from both parties should be what make the courts decisions and give an opportunity to expunge arrears from each on time payment remove all negative marks on credit report to give us some chance to be approved for opportunities to better ourselves and the future of our children
