Breed Specific laws do nothing but put fear into our community. Bully breeds act according to how their owners train them. Instead of making it the dogs fault let's start holding the OWNERS responsible. There's been no scientific proof that bully breeds are more violent. In actuality the beagle scored worse than a pit bull did on a temperament test.
