End all Import bans on Russian Rifles, ammunition 7n6 and 57-N-231. AK47 and AK74 steel core.

The federal goverment has infridged on our 2nd Amendment rights long enough, lets do something about it congress.

The federal goverment has infridged on our 2nd Amendment rights long enough, lets do something about it congress. The types of guns and ammunition that the public possesses doesn't positivly correlate to the amount of gun crimes. There are more murders commited every year by hammers and blunt object that rifles (and thats from the FBI). Shot guns acually account for more deaths than so called assault rifles. The fact is criminals that want to kill, will use any means availble. No law can stop that. Its accually proven that the more law abbiding gun owners there are, the lower the crime rate is. With home grown threats from ISIS, or other foreign theats such as being invaded, citizens need to be able to protect themselves. Gun enthuiest need to be able to afford there hobbie. Most of all we need to uphold our constitutional rights. The amendment is number 2 for a reason, It was originally created so that if the goverment became too currupt, or if we were invaded by a foreign nation the people would have the capabilities to fight threats foreign and domestic.

I'm not asking to fix everything, I realize thats too much of a goal. I am asking to reverse the ban as stated in the title. The laws causing the ban is the whole armor piercing pistol round issue. The guildlines state that if its .22 cal or larger with a steel core then its banned. The 7n6 round is .214 caliber. This alone should exempt it. The ATF's guildlines also go on to say that if it was intended for pistol use, it gets banned. However it isn't. Also an AR/AK pistol as it were, are not pistols. Its very bulky and highly impactical contraption that honestly I have alot of grief with because of this whole fiasco with this ap pistol law.

Here are the ATF's actual Guildlines.

?(i) a projectile or projectile core which may be used in a handgun and which is constructed entirely (excluding the presence of traces of other substances) from one or a combination of tungsten alloys, steel, iron, brass, bronze, beryllium copper, or depleted uranium; or

(ii) a full jacketed projectile larger than .22 caliber designed and intended for use in a handgun and whose jacket has a weight of more than 25 percent of the total weight of the projectile.?

I'll end this by saying, my fello Americans, lets let congress know that we want our 2nd Amendment back, we won the M855 issue, lets win another victory!
