Emergency Economic Recovery Act - "Each citizen of the United States will receive universal income of fifteen hundred dollars a month free of any taxation whatsoever and each citizen of the United States if single or a family with children under 18 will be given one free home titled in their name, none resalable, that is currently abandoned or unoccupied without the attachment of federal, state or local property taxes. Each home shall be distributed according to state and local rules."
