I would like speak up for my community and for myself and family, we need your help to stop this criminal action. With this horrifically abuse by these technology has been call (control of mind) and / or psychological torture, electronic harassment. Through research I have found out my family and I and other residents in Bakersfield California are Individual target (TI’s), by neighbors, co-workers and unknown people. This invidious has been identified as (gang-stalker). We have been suffered outburst abuse, by this unscrupulous people, they have use on me and my family, and other member of community and families. Voices to scull (V2K), Electrical Low frequencies (ELF’s), Volume Low Frequencies (VLF), with transmitter’s voices, frequencies, radio waves, and Electrical Magnetic Radiations (EMR), Direct Electrical Weapon (DEW), Gas-lighting, and all this horrified technologies, are damage me and family and all aspects such as physical, and personal life, and other residents in Bakersfield California
These targeted individuals of organized stalking (gang-stalker). Not only use this kind electrical harassment, they use other technologies. These technologies goes directed to the brain and tissues and cells, causing heart attacks, affect nervous system, and respiratory system asphyxia and can deadly , this unscrupulous people use this technologies not only for tortures their victims 24/7, they use this technologies for control minds and obtain personal information such as SSI, ID’s, Driver license’s number, bank accounts.
