Elective tubal when a woman chooses to.
Women have a right to their bodies and what they do with it. We allow for a woman to have an abortion but do not allow for them to choose when they have their tubes tied. Some women do not want children and that is their right, but she is not allowed to have her tubes tied until a certain age. That needs to change not just by state mandate but nationally. No one should have that power over a womans body or state of mind. I am proposing that we allow women to choose when they want to have their tubes tied and that their insurance will have to cover the cost of this medical procedure.
