Edmonds Police and Snohomish county jail misconduct and excessive force
Over the past year and a half I've I had some issues with the police ie excessive force falsified statements, dog bites etc. I ended up in jail 8 times for 12 charges all have since been dismissed. While in jail I was put into the "murder tanks" while in for a trespass, I was classified to the hole, other times I was put into blind spots where the violence happens, I was held pass my release date, had court dates changed as well as missed court dates while incarcerated at that very facility. I was only given a phone call one time, I was put in the padded cell naked. I was never given paperwork and a man named Eric Rockwell and his associate Jason Byron spread rumors with the help of Eric's sister Snohomish county officer Alavant as well as his ex girlfriend who works the control switches spread false rumors that I raped my then 7 years old daughter which was totally false. I was attacked once threatened every time with murder death and rape. The woman that runs the controls is the same woman that is the controller for offender watch program. They had some additional help from a guard named debeers. Every time was torture with inmates threatening me as well as being treated like a third rate citizen. All charges now dropped were minor misdemeanors. Classification tanks were E1, E3, S4, N4 and 6.
**Police Misconduct and excessive force*
1. Shot with 25 + pepperbombs w/5 round burst kit in small storage area for minor misdemeanor. No clean up crew or merchandise replaced.
2. Attacked by police K-9 while hands were in the air from a foot away left with some scarring and digestive issues.
3. Aiding and abetting the true criminals
4. Rejected 10 + online reports and being stonewalled 8 times in person.
5. Creating a profile of a mentally unstable person causing severe damage to my life all without any background history of mental illness.
6. Changes and additions made to witness statements.
7. Falsified reports eg; substituting names, contradicting statements, and lies
8. Changes to evidence
9. Evidence/ property disappearing or lost
10. Harassment, arrested several times outside of no contact order range, serving denied paperwork on me with 10 + police without visual contact.
11. I made several reports and police show up here insinuating I made false reports or am delusional.
12. Not one of the dozens of cases were solved or for that matter followed up on. All cases in Edmonds were placed on inactive list
13. When requested I never received any links to add pictures and documentation to existing cases.
14. Was denied to speak with a fraud detective and turned away with 100s of supporting documents supporting identity theft.
15. Felt threatened to leave my home in fear of being imprisoned.
16. Planting evidence
17. Impounded a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee parked on private property.
18. Partially electrically shocked or tazed
**I have police reports, falsified statements and scarring to back these claims!
**Falsified reports, creating a mentally unstable profile, evidence changing ie b.b gun 22 caliber rifle, false names Robinson instead of Jorgenson, mitsui instead of Jorgenson, Daniels instead of pelican or Smith, when shot with pepperbombs no mention of 2 Lynnwood PD and no mention of 3 sheriff's, why is a MOUNTLAKE TERRACE officer kicking doors in in Edmonds, clearly evident witness statement changes that correspond to false mental diagnosis.
