EB2, EB3 Backlog - Green Card. The eternal wait.
As we love the wait for decades to get the priority date current.

Many of us who have filed for Green Card under EB2 and EB3 have to wait for decades to get their Green Card.
This includes highly skilled and talented folks. People with Master, PHD degrees. This is unfortunate, as they all are trapped to their jobs, their locations and are unable to grow in the career, and also positively impact the economy.
10-20 years for EAD, another 2 years for Green Card, another 5 years for Citizenship.
Very promising, very reassuring about the state of legal immigrants who have stood in line.
