Drug Test Receipients of EBT. DRUG TEST government benefit receipients of EBT and TANF. Help cut taxes by cancelling positive drug tests and give hungry people a way to get food, so people who use and/ or sell drugs won't use EBT as a crutch to get food while they use drug money to buy cars, clothes, houses, drugs, and use EBT for food. Some homeless people, elderly and disabled actually need EBT and all the tax money is going towards drug dealing EBT Food Stamp Recipients. Revise EBT Food Stamps for homeless, elderly, and disabled persons who do not abuse narcotics or pharmaceuticals. There are homeless veterans and disabled people who need EBT and are HUNGRY because narcotic using persons get all the food stamps. Drug Test EBT recipients so HUNGRY sober people can eat food.
