Don't take thier DREAM!!!!

We have ALL made a mistake, our young people need a second chance.

I am writing this letter as a mother that has tried to keep my children safe and off the streets.

But, I must say I lost, my son Jaleil Benson who has never been in trouble felt it safe to try to make illegal money to help his family.

Please let me say we are a hard working family my husband (Jaleil?s step father of 3 years) a Veteran and I a college graduate have fallen in to hard times. We have a daughter in college and another daughter that work two job as a single mother as a medical assistant and a caregiver. So the street life has never been something we have shown our children.

Jaleil was due to leave for the US Army October 30, 2012. On August 30, 2012 he was arrested for Drugs, a graduate of a military school here in Delaware. He was given 5 charges 3 Felony and 2 misdemeanors. He is due to go to court September 14, 2012. His recruiter told him that he is disqualified unless the chargers are acquitted... He has so many people that know his character and will to write letters and speak for him. I am asking that you meet with him and hear him out and maybe become the help he needs to make a difference. I don?t know if anything can be done... I just don't want to see my son suffer for the one dumb thing he has done at the age of 20 to effect his life.

Thank you,
