Narcan prescriptionso to addicts is telling our future generationso it's OK to do drugs you have a safety net!!!
NH has has a huge increase in drug overdoses. I believe for many reasons.
1. Lack of facilities to get help
2. Our young kids aren't educated enough to understand it's a illness once it's tried you become in need so your not sick.
GOV. MAGGIE has signed a law to allow Dr's to prescribe Narcan to addicts and family of addicts even friends of them to carry this "as a just in case".
This is the wrong approach. We need to educate as young as elementary kids as well as fund for new places for those who want help.
I grew up around this my entire life I personally have never touched it because I was the one watching people die. I just lost my best friend and I'm still at a loss. I will say this if his mom had Narcan I wouldn't support that either.
I'm asking you to help me please over turn this and I'm asking to help me have a voice. Think of all the kids and adults who get turned away from places from lack of room. Please please help educate not enable.
only emt,police,emergency responders should have access to Narcan.
