Disney and Cognizant abusing H1B hiring policy and Firing American workers for cheap labor
Disney and Cognizant are in cahoots to fire American workers for cheap labor by hiring IT workers as support personnel and promoting them to do Software Development and Project Management. It is a rampant practices within Disney. They have figured they can easily hire Indian workers cheaply by pretending to hire IT support employees and giving them Highly skilled work such as Software Development and Project Management and letting the American workers train them and letting the American workers go. When will this Cooperate greed will end. Sacrificing American workers who are highly skilled but can't find work in their own country and no where to go, but Indians who raid this country and take American jobs, where as Indians can go back to their own country but the American workers have to live in poverty and homeless although they have high skilled and very high pedigrees. This is insane to the point it has become a foreign invasion.
