Despotism and hooligans, censorship 1st amendment violations

When I was in the military in 1977 Gerald Damioni got fined 10 million for production of a film. Obscenity laws violations, Now those laws are overturned completely . 1st amendment rights include o gag orders ,this is censorship, and despotism. Not democracy ,the courts are communist.
Also it's unconstitutional to aid the enemy .Ukraine was Russia in 1977.
