Deprivation of Constitutonal Rights
In life there are ones who dont want to support there own offspring, and those that want to honestly choose to do so. However there is growing number or poverty an no one seems to see a solution. With this petition I am asking child support program to be dropped for custody hearing and time shareing only
Programs like the child support program is not inated into positive law, but is one of the most used practiced in law. The men of our country are falling by the numbers of debt and grief used by mothers who dosent care about the mind set of children or how agencies like Department of Revenue used mothers to make all fathers seem unfit just for support for children that where made out of wed lock. Every child derserves to spend time with both mother and fathers . Being deprived of of this unalienable right should be removed because, it is wrong to make contracts that deprive a human of his rights and not acknowledge the full extent of if any enforcement actions taken to that mother or father. These department use fraud and duress to destroy ones income and life and it doesnt help the children but pays employees of this agency before it pays mothers or father for children no man in there right mind would agree with such a thing. So help me to male stronger familys and tare down this legal fiction called child support for custody or time shareing because child support isnt the way to make healthy relationships for children's and legal fathers and or mothers
