Department of Child Safety not following rules and guidelines
Hello my name is Fernando Delgado and my fiancee name is Angela Flores.we have been going in our dcs case for about a year now the reason dcs involvement is my fiancce tested positive for meth during birth at that time dcs came out to investigate i Fernado Delgado had been attending meth annoymous groups and was clean for about 2 months allready when dcs asked me to submit to a hair follicle and a urine drug screen which the hair follicle showed some levels but the urine sample was clean and has been clean we have fininshed our classes and even though we have not tested consisently every time we have tested we have been negetivethe investigators and dcs have lied and they continuie to lie we just want to be treated fairlly this is americawe would like to have our case re tried in front of a andministrative law judge or us supreme court judge they were suppose to get a court order i thought before removing children un less in immenient danger but they did none of this me and my family are suffering emotional and mentally we need help we want our case reviewed and if its right we repect that but if its wrong we want action mike faust needs to have honest and good hearted people to do dcs work not bad and corrupt dcs workers cause in the long run who suffers the childrenbut i thought dcs was suppose to be for the best interest of the the children true or false
