Replace "Sick Days" with "Mental Health Days"
I would like you to support replacing the term "Sick Day(s)" with "Mental Health Day(s)". I know that sometimes, people do take time off from work because, they ARE sick, but sometimes they just need a mental health day to recharge and rejuvenate their minds and their bodies. Thank you!
