Stop false allegations of domestic violence
I have been married now for 10 years not once has their been claims of or accusations against me by my wife claiming domestic violence. For the better part of 3 years she has physically and mentally abused me. When I disarmed her and prevent her from further injuring me, I had visual wounds all about my face and neck, she had not one mark, I was arrested admittedly when the police discovered that I was an ex-felon. I have had nothing in my life even relevant to vilonce yet she'd been convicted in the same state of violence. I now haven't seen nor heard my children since 02/09/2019. I never got an opportunity to present my defense against the allegations in the civil case for the protection order because she cleared my bank account and never even told my family where I was. This proves malice and intent yet the legal system aided her alone without any investigation even when I told them that it wasn't even self-defense all I did was prevent her from stabbing her fingernails under my neck again. She took the legal system and manipulated the system to get what she wanted and decimated my name the rest of my life the DEA never once investigated not even called one family member even after CPS investigated and the school said my kids were fine he never been any signs nothing they were still content with ruining my entire life. Neglected my constitutional rights 5th Amendment 2nd Amendment 6th Amendment and my 4th amendment. Not to mention with my Liberty and freedom. And my rights as a parent without due process or an unbiased or prejudice
